ErrePrint3D offers its customers the following payment methods shipping:

• Shipping to ITALY: delivery time 2-5 working days , barring unforeseen circumstances
  Cost: €4.99

• Shipping to EUROPE: delivery times 3/15 working days , barring unforeseen circumstances.

 Cost: €19.99

• GLOBAL Shipping: delivery times 3/10 working days , barring unforeseen circumstances.

 Cost: €44.99

ORDER PREPARATION

• Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within 1/2 working days Upon receipt of payment, subject to product availability in stock as shown at the time of purchase. (e.g., "Ready for delivery" - "Available in * business days" - "Made/printed on demand in * business days.")
• In the event of any delays in preparing the shipment, due to items temporarily out of stock / out of stock, the Customer will be notified.

SAFE PACKAGES

• The items are carefully packaged and the parcels are entrusted to our traceable express couriers who will automatically send the Customer (via SMS or email if provided during registration) shipping notifications so that they can track the parcel.
• The boxes are reasonably sized and the items travel well protected.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Shipping costs and/or any additional costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are clearly stated when placing the order.
• The Customer is not required to pay anything more than the order total shown at the end of the purchase procedure.
• We recommend grouping the desired items into a single order.

• It is not possible to group two separate orders placed separately, and each will have its own shipping costs.

• Shipping costs include packaging and package preparation costs and transport costs. Packaging costs are fixed; transport costs vary based on the delivery location.

• Once the order has left our office and been handed over to the designated courier, responsibility for the shipment will fall to the courier to whom the shipment is entrusted.
• ErrePrin t3D cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery of the ordered goods.

Our information in this regard is based on shipments made and experience, therefore we will consider ourselves absolutely NOT responsible for non-deliveries and/or delays by the courier due to packages in storage due to errors in the address provided, or any action not directly attributable to us.
